Welcome to the Athletic Department’s information source for NCAA compliance at the University of Portland. Everyone associated with the Pilot athletic program – coaches, student-athletes, staff, boosters and fans – are expected to operate with a high degree of integrity, and adhere to all NCAA and West Coast Conference rules and regulations. The information here is designed to help inform you about common compliance-related issues, but should not be considered a substitute for the NCAA Manual.
