• Portland's career leader in earned-run average (2.02 in 209.2 innings pitched).
• Tied for fourth in school history with 10 saves.
• Tossed 13 complete games which is tied for sixth in program history.
• Career opponents' batting average of .205 is eighth on the UP career charts.
• Posted a 1.39 ERA in 1984 which ranked No. 2 nationally and is the second best in Portland single-season history.
• Seven complete games in 1982 ties for sixth on the single-season charts, while his six saves in 1983 are tied for 10th.
• Portland's Most Inspirational Player Award (1983, 1984).
• Drafted in the 10th round of the 1984 Major League Baseball Draft by the Baltimore Orioles and played three seasons with the organization.
• Served as Vice President/General Manager of the Charlotte Knights from 1988-95 (Cleveland Indians AAA affiliate).
• Named the 1991 Minor League Baseball Southern League Executive of the Year.
