• Served as Athletic Marketing Director, Compliance Coordinator and Associate Athletic Director over 32 years June 1984-June 2016 and had oversight responsibilities at various times for the sports of baseball, men's and women's soccer, men's and women's golf, men's and women's cross country/track, men's and women's tennis as well as Sports Medicine, Sports Performance and Recreational Sports units.
• Directed UP's hosting of NCAA Championship events including 1994 Women's Soccer College Cup, NCAA men's and women's soccer championship events 1988-2011 or 2012 (whenever we beat WSU in WSCR overtime shootout); 2006 Men's Division 1 Golf Championships at Sunriver's Crosswater Golf Course and the 1992 and 2007 WCC Basketball tournaments.
• Oversaw UP game operations/game management for UP hosted athletic events.                
• NCAA West Region Women's Soccer Selection Committee 1999-2001; Chair of NCAA West Region Soccer Selection Committee 2005-2008; West Region Representative to NCAA Division 1 Women's Soccer Championships Committee 2005-2008.
• Coordinated 2014 conversion of Etzel Field playing surface to artificial surface and the installation of lights.
• 2015 UP Miltner Award Winner presented to most outstanding administrative staff member.
