• Three-time All-American defender.
• NSCAA First Team All-American (2002).
• NSCAA Second Team All-America (2000, 2001).
• MAC/Hermann Trophy Finalist for National Player of the Year (2002).
• Team Captain of the 2002 National Championship team, helping bring the University its first NCAA title • in any sport.
• Helped Portland to three NCAA College Cup appearances (2000, 2001, 2002).
• NCAA All-Tournament Team (2000, 2002).
• NSCAA All-West Region First Team (2000, 2001, 2002).
• West Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Year (2000, 2002).
• All-WCC First Team (2000, 2001, 2002).
• Portland's Most Inspirational Player Award (2000, 2002).
• Member of various U.S. Youth National Teams and was a member of the U.S. Women's National Team (2001).
• Drafted ninth overall in the WUSA Professional League and played one season with the New York Power (2003).
• Assistant Coach for Portland's undefeated 2005 NCAA National Championship team, which was inducted into the UP Athletic Hall of Fame (2016).
• NSCAA West Region Assistant Coach of the Year at Portland (2006)
• 2002 Women's Soccer Team was inducted into both the Oregon Sports Hall of Fame (2017) and University of Portland Hall of Fame (2014).
• Currently in her fourth year as head coach at San Jose State where she was twice named the Mountain West Conference Coach of the Year (2015, 2017), led the Spartans to the 2015 NCAA Tournament and 2017 conference regular season title.
