Sarah Walter started her spring season with an 8th-place finish at the SDSU Lady Aztec Invitational.

Walter shot 77-79 - 156, just six strokes off medalist Hwanhee Lee (UNLV), who had 76-74 - 150. Colorado State won the team title with a 626, two strokes ahead of Washington.

Portland carded 332-335 - 667.
