Oregon Twilight Results
EUGENE, Ore. --- The University of Portland men's and women's track and field teams had a good showing at the Oregon Twilight on Saturday at Hayward Field.
On the men's side, sophomore Jared Bassett won the 3,000-meter steeplechase event with a time of 8:58.62 and unattached freshman Trevor Dunbar established a new PR in the mile with a time of 4:01.31. The time would be a Portland record if Dunbar was not redshirting.
Redshirt junior Cori Moore just missed a PR, but still finished third in the women's 800-meter run witha time of 2:07.58. For complete meet results, click the link above.
