EUGENE, Ore. – Jacob Klemz won the 5,000-meter run and with the fifth-best time in school history and Laura Pellicoro clocked the second best 1,500-meter run in Pilot history to highlight Portland's effort Friday night at the Oregon Twilight hosted at historic Hayward Field.

Klemz crossed the line first with a time of 13:46.12, more than a second better than his previous PR set earlier this season.

Pellicoro also shaved more than a second off her time and jumped up to No. 2 on the Pilot charts with her time of 4:15.30.

Riley Osen also eclipsed his personal best by a 0.01 seconds and finished second in the highly competitive Steeplechase event.
