UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2010: Earned WCC All-Academic honors and Academic All-District 8 honors … Started 38 games in the outfield and came off the bench in two others … hit .269 on the season (39-for-145) with 28 runs scored, 21 RBI, eight doubles, one triple, and three home runs … led the team with eight sacrifices and also 10 stolen bases … went 2-for-3 with four RBI and two sacrifices against George Fox on Feb. 20 … swiped two bases against Concordia on Feb. 21 … drove in three runs in a 2-for-4 effort versus Southern Utah on March 26 … made zero errors in 88 chances, becoming the 11th player in program history to a post a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage … only player in program history with a perfect career fielding percentage (with at least 75 chances).
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2009: Made 49 appearances and 43 starts in the outfield … hit .315 with 10 doubles, five homers, 21 RBI’s and 30 runs … team-high nine stolen bases … made zero errors in 129 chances to become the 10th player in program history to post a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage (with at least 75 chances) … 14 multi-hit games; four games with three hits … just missed hitting for the cycle by going 3-for-5 with four RBI’s, three runs, a double and a home run during 19-6 win against Buffalo on Mar. 13 … also drove in four runs with three hits and two doubles in a 12-8 win at Oregon (Apr. 14).
CUT BANK HS: There is no high school baseball in Montana … with his American Legion team in 2006, he hit .493 with five home runs and 53 RBI’s … he also had 15 doubles, 12 triples and 50 stolen bases … was an all-state wide receiver with the football team as a senior … helped lead Cut Bank to the state title … set school records in receiving touchdowns and receiving yardage as a senior … also won back-to-back state championships (2005, 2006) with the Cut Bank basketball team … earned all-state honors as a guard … co-valedictorian.
COLUMBIA BASIN COLLEGE: Played one season at CBC and utilized his medical redshirt season last year … hit .241 as a freshman with three doubles, a triple, 14 RBI’s and 28 runs … helped the Hawks go 36-18 and win the Eastern Region title.
