UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2009-10: Five of nine rounds counted … also played at the Wolf Pack Classic (Oct. 5-6) as an individual … scoring average of 79.33; 78.83 during the fall … season-low round of 76 came during the second round of the Giustina Memorial Classic (Sept. 28-29).

UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2008-09: Counted 19.5 of his 24 total rounds played … fired a five-under par 67 and was tied on top of the leader board after the first round of the WCC Championships (April 13-14) ... the 67 at the WCC’s tied for the team’s season-low round … posted two top-20 finishes during his freshman campaign and averaged a 75.92 during the year, which is the fifth lowest for a freshman in UP history … his 74.83 scoring average during the fall season was the second lowest on the team … tied for the team high with five rounds of par or better.

JESUIT HS: Four-year letterwinner for coach Jay Minsker … helped the Crusaders win four straight Metro League titles and back-to-back Oregon 6A State Championships (2007, 2008) … named first team all-state as both a sophomore and a junior, while garnering second-team honors during senior and freshman campaigns … finished fifth individually at state tournament as a junior in 2007 … three-time, first-team All-Metro League selection … was named all-league second team as a freshman.

PERSONAL: Born on April 13, 1990 in Portland, Ore. … parents are Kathy and Michael Kloenne … major is business … father played collegiate golf at Arizona State … mother competed in track (long distance/marathon) at Arizona State and UCLA and was a three-time All-American … Kloenne played on the Future Collegians World Tour and the Junior Golf Tour … was named a 2007 FCWT All-American Honorable Mention … In 2006, he  represented the state of Oregon at the Eddie Hogan Cup, was the Pumpkin Ridge Junior Club Champion and was the youngest golfer to claim the men’s club championship at Stone Creek Golf Club … In 2005, was voted to represent Pumpkin Ridge GC at the OGA Team Championships, becoming the youngest golfer to do so.
