UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2008-09: Earned All-WCC Honorable Mention after tying for eighth place at the WCC Championships (April 13-14) … he’s only the fourth golfer in UP history to earn multiple all-conference awards … third lowest scoring average on the team with a 75.67 per round mark … counted 20.5 of 27 rounds played … posted one of team’s two top-10 finishes … also had two top-20 placings … season-low round of 69 came during the third round of the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 27-28), helping him to a 12th-place finish … tied for 18th at the Anteater Invitational (March 30-31) … tied for the team high with two rounds in the 60’s.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2007-08: Earned First Team All-West Coast Conference after tying for seventh place at the WCC Championships (April 14-15); first UP men’s golfer to earn first-team all-conference since 2003 … scoring average of 73.65 is tied for the fourth lowest season average ever at Portland … per round average of 72.6 during the fall schedule … posted three top-10 finishes and finished in the top-20 six times … fired a season-low 70 twice … first top-10 of the season came at the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 15-16) and helped the Pilots finish second out of 15 teams; fired a one-over par 217 (75-70-72) to tie for eighth place as an individual … tied for fifth place overall as the Pilots won the Santa Clara Invitational (Oct. 22-23); finished with a three-under par 213 (71-72-70) on the par 72 course … capped the spring with a 222 (74-75-73) to finish seventh at the WCC’s at Chambers Bay GC.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2006-07: Counted 18 of 20 rounds played … averaged a 77.62 per round … posted an average of 75.0 during the fall slate … had one top-20 finish during the year … tied for 18th individually with a three-round total of a 221 at the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 30-31) … 221 was a season-low 54-hole total … fired a season-low 70 during the first round of the Pat Hicks Invitational (Feb. 12-13) … just missed a top-20 finish by tying for 24th at the Braveheart Classic (March 5-6) to help the Pilots tie for fourth as a team.
SUNSET HS: Spent one year at Sunset as an exchange student and earned one letter … 2005 Metro League medalist … finished second at the 2005 Oregon State 4A High School championships … averaged a conference-low score of 70 per round as a senior.
