STATE COLLEGE OF FLORIDA JC 2018-20: Earned All-Suncoast Conference First Team honors both seasons… named a honorable mention Top 100 player according to JUCOrecruiting.com in 2020 after averaging 15.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game… SCF won the 2020 Suncoast Conference Tournament to advance to the NJCAA Region 8 Tournament… averaged 16.5 points and 5.4 rebounds as a freshman.

FERRIS HS: A three-year starter where he scored more than 1,400 points and earned all-state honors… all-country recognition as a junior and senior... spent a post-grad year at Prestige Prep before going to State College of Florida.

PERSONAL: Born Feb. 2, 1999 in Jersey City, N.J.… son of Judy and Andre Dasher.

COACH PORTER ON DASHER: "Isiah can really can score in a variety of ways. He is great at attacking the basket in transition and in the half court. Isiah is a good passer as well when driving and gets to free throw line consistently. He is a versatile player on the offensive end. He is going to be a great academic fit here at Portland as well."
 
DASHER ON PICKING PORTLAND: "The program had a family feel and I got along well with the coaches. I just knew that Portland was where I wanted to be. I bring versatility to the roster with my ability to score and make my teammates better."
