COACH PORTER ON CURTISS:Â " Hayden really came on strong at end of the year and has good upside. He will continue to develop and get better every day. Hayden does a great job running the floor, is a good shot blocker and all-around athlete. He is a great fit for our University and brings some great academic credentials. He needs to put on some weight, but he can become a very good player in our league."

CURTISS ON PICKING PORTLAND: “Basketball-wise, I felt like Portland was the best option for me. I really liked the campus when I visited and it seemed like a really good fit. I bring a high motor to the game and like to make plays on both ends of the floor. I am strong around the rim with put-back dunks, blocking shots and using my length to make plays."
