2010: Track & Field: Ran the anchor leg the 4x400 relay at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 16, finishing in 16th place (3:42.28)… Ran the 110m hurdles (16.74) at the Linfield Icebreaker on March 5-6… Completed the 400m hurdles in 59.37 at the Linfield Icebreaker on March 5-6… Participated in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the Linfield Icebreaker on March 5-6… Completed the 400m hurdles in 58.42 and ran the 4x400 relay at the Oregon Preview on March 20… Recorded a time of 58.09 in the 400m hurdles at the Willamette Invitational on April 2-3… Posted a 58.56 in the 400m hurdles at the John Knight Twilight on April 9… Ran the 100m in 11.76 at the Pacific Twilight on May 1…

KAMEHAMEHA HS: Earned three varsity letters for track coach Sam Moku … team was 2006 Interscholastic League of Hawaii Champions and state champion runner-up … 2005 Interscholastic League of Hawaii Champions and 2005 state champions … individually, had a third place finish in the 110m hurdles at the 2007 league championships and seventh place in 110m hurdles at the 2007 state championships as a senior … high school PR was 41:87 in the 300m hurdles and 15:32 in the 110m hurdles as a senior ... also earned two varsity letters in basketball and one in sailing … basketball team had third place result at the 2006 state tournament … earned a second-team all-league team in 2007 for basketball.
