(Cross Country): Ran at the NCAA West Regionals with a time of 30:49.23, helping Portland place fourth as a team … represented UP at the NCAA Championships for the third year in a row.
(Track & Field): Finished 9th overall in the 3000m (8:31.81) at the UW Indoor Preview … ran the 3000m in 8:19.79 at the UW Final Qualifier.

UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2009-10: 
(Cross Country): All-WCC First Team … helped the Pilots win the WCC Championship with a fourth place individual finish and a time of 25:11 … raced in the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive year. 
(Track & Field): Came in third in the 1500m (4:02.78) at the Willamette Opener … finished third in the 3000m run at the Husky Classic in 8:22.73.

UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2008-09:
(Cross Country): Posted a time of 31:05.70 in the 10k at the NCAA Championships, helping team to overall seventh place finish ... placed 18th at Bill Dellinger Invitational (24:45.82) in the 8k race.  
(Track & Field): Placed third in the 3000m event with a time of 8:22.73 at the Last Chance Meet … recorded a third place finish at the Willamette Opener with a time of 4:03.22 in the 1500m event.
 
SKYLINE HS: Eight-time letterwinner under coach Brendan Hyland, helping his team to Kingco league champions and a third-place finish at state championship … four-time All-State selection in cross country, being named the team MVP all four years  … track & field outstanding freshman, team MVP as a junior and senior  … Kingco league champion in 800m, 1600m, and 3200m as a junior … second-place at state championship in 3200m as a junior … second-place finish in cross-country state championships as a senior … personal bests of 1:54.5, 800m set as a senior (school record)… 4:14, 1600m set as a senior (school record)… 9:05, 3200m set as a junior (school record) … eight-time scholar athlete.
