UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2009-10: Counted 12.5 of 17 rounds played … was named to the 2010 NGCA All-American Scholar Team … posted two top-20 finishes, one during the fall and one in the spring … average score of 81.47 was third lowest on the team; 79.56 scoring average during the fall was second lowest … season-low round of 72 matched the lowest on the team … opened collegiate career with a 12th-place finish at the Bulldog & Eagle Invitational (Sept. 14-15); shot a 72 during third and final round, was in the 70’s all three rounds and finished with a 228 (+12) … tied for 17th at the Red Rocks Invitational (Feb. 27-28) to help the Pilots finish third as a team.
SKYVIEW HS: Three-year letterwinner for coach Dana Newson; didn’t compete senior year … qualified for the Washington 4A State Tournament all three years, placing sixth as a junior in 2008 and seventh as a sophomore in 2007 … won districts in 2007 and 2008 … named The Columbian’s All-Region Golfer of the Year as both a junior and a sophomore; landed on the all-region team in 2006 … named the Greater St. Helens 4A District Player of the Year in 2007 and 2008 and was named to the all-league first team all three years … three-time team MVP … helped The Storm win districts in 2008 … two-year letterwinner in volleyball … National Honor Society.
