2010: Track & Field: Finished 6th overall in the mile run (4:53.34) at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 16… PR’ed the 3000m (9:41.03) at the UW Invitational on Jan. 30-31… Ran anchor in the distance medley at the UW Invitational on Jan. 30-31 which finished in 11:41.51, good for the UP school record… Posted an NCAA Provisional time in the 5000m at the Husk9y Classic on Feb. 12 with a time of 16:36.47… Ran the 1-mile in 4:51.92 at the UW Final Qualifier on March 6… Posted a 16:53.46 in the 5000m at the Stanford Invite on March 29… Made the UP all-time top-10 list in the 10k with a time of 35:48.89 at the Mt. Sac Relays on April 19… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team along with team mate Cori Moore.
2009: Cross-country: Redshirt season.
Track & Field: Finished 7th in her section of the 3000m run at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 17 in 9:58.21… Came in 3rd in the 1-mile at the Husky Classic on Feb. 14 in 5:02.11.
2008: Cross-country (Jr.): Placed 24th at the NCAA Division I West Regional (20:44.03, 6k) at Stanford, Calif. helping team to fifth-place overall ... second-place finish at West Coast Conference Championships (22:05, 6k) at Belmont, Calif. leading team to their seventh consecutive WCC team title ... 23rd-place at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (21:35:39, 6k) at Springfield, Ore. helping team to sixth-place overall ... 24th-place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational (22:05, 6k) at St. Paul, Minn. helping team to fifth-place overall ... awarded WCC October Player of the Month ... USTFCCCA All-West Region selection ... All-West Coast Conference First Team selection.

2006: Cross-country (Fr.): Placed 27th and was top Pilot finisher at NCAA West Region Meet (6k, 22:11) ... placed fourth at West Coast Conference Championships to earn WCC Freshman of the Year honors (6k, 22:35) ... placed 72nd and was team's second finisher at the NCAA Pre-National meet (6k, 21:29) ... placed 43rd and was team's second finisher at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (6k, 21:55)) ... finished 26th and was team's second finisher at the Sundodger Invitational (6k, 21:35).
BOISE HS: Idaho high school cross country champion, winning the 2005 state meet with a time of 18:35 in the 5K event ... first-place finish propelled her squad to the team championship ... earlier in 2005, she won the 3200-meter run as a junior, finishing with a time of 11:04.25 at the ‘5A’ state meet ... also recorded second-place finishes in both the 800 (2:15.16) and 1600 at the 2005 ‘5A’ state meet ... has a personal best of 4:56.84 in the 1600 ... was also the indoor mile champion at the 2005 Simplot Games.
