2009: Finished 137th at the NCAA West Regional in Springfield, Ore. (23:40.71)...39th at the Mike Hodges Invitational in Oregon City, Ore. (19:35).
2008: Cross-country (RSo.): 28th-place finish at Mike Hodges Invitational (18:30, 5k) at Oregon City, Ore. helping team to second-place overall ... 5th-place at West Coast Preview Meet (23:10.67, 6k) at Pier Park in Portland, Ore. helping team to first-place overall.

EVERETT HS: Finished in second place in the 800 meters as a sophomore (2:11.36) and followed that performance with a third place finish in 2005 (2:12.25) at the Washington '4A' state track & field meet ... as a freshman in 2003, placed fifth at the Washington '4A' state meet in the 400 meters (56.58) and third in the 800 meters (2:15.29) ... placed 12th in the WESCO South Cross Country Championships in 2005, finishing with a time of 21:08 ... won the 400 meters (58.36) and the 800 meters (2:19.86) at the 2006 WESCO South Division Track & Field Championships.
