2010: Track & Field: PR’ed the 1-mile in 4:42.93 at the UW Invitational on Jan. 30-31… Ran leadoff in the distance medley at the UW Invitational on Jan. 30-31 which finished in 11:41.51, good for the UP school record… Ran to a PR in the 3000m (9:50.12) at the Husky Classic on Feb. 12… Finished the 3000m in 9:39.65 in the UW Final Qualifier on March 6… Posted a 17:18.66 in the 5000m at the Stanford Invite on March 29… Finished 4th (10:47.84) in the 3000m steeplechase at the Oregon Relays on May 1.
2009: Cross-country: Redshirt season.
Track & Field: Finished sixth in her section of the 800m run at the UW Indoor Preview on Jan. 17 in 2:19.77… Came in 4th in her section of the 800m in 2:14.97 and 6th in the 1-mile in 4:53.73 at the Husky Classic on Feb. 14… Won the 5k race at the Willamette Invitational on April 7 in 16:59.36 while competing unattached.
2008: Cross-country (Jr.): Placed 55th at the NCAA Division I West Regional (21:21.98, 6k) at Stanford, Calif. helping team to fifth-place overall ... fifth-place finish at West Coast Conference Championships (22:13, 6k) at Belmont, Calif. helping team to their seventh consecutive WCC team title ... seventh-place finish at Mike Hodges Invitational (17:34, 5k) at Oregon City, Ore. helping team to second-place overall ... 33rd-place at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (21:50:38, 6k) at Springfield, Ore. helping team to sixth-place overall ... 38th-place finish at the Roy Griak Invitational (22:27, 6k) at St. Paul, Minn. helping team to fifth-place overall All-West Coast Conference First Team selection.

2006: Cross-country (Fr.):Placed 110th at NCAA West Region Meet (6k, 23:42) ... placed 10th and was fourth team finisher at West Coast Conference Championships (6k, 23:14) ... finished 206th at NCAA Pre-Nationals (6k, 22:48) ... placed 56th at Bill Dellinger Invitational (6k, 22:24) ... placed 70th and was team's third finisher at Sundodger Invitational (6k, 22:33).
ASHLAND HS: Posted a third-place finish at the prestigious Stanford Invitational in September 2005, finishing the 5K course in 18:54 to help her team to a fourth-place showing in the unseeded division ... battled injury during the 2005 Oregon ‘4A’ state cross country meet, but still managed to place 28th with a time of 19:39 ... finished in third place in the 3000 (10:14) and in fifth place in the 1500 (4:39) at the 2005 ‘4A’ state track & field championships.
