UP Alumni and New York Red Bulls Goalkeeper Luis Robles stopped to talk to the team pregame.
Robles was a four-year starter at UP (2003-06) and he is tied for the most saves all-time in program history with 346 stops. His 21 career shutouts rank fourth all-time at Portland, while his 1.18 career goals-against average ranks eighth. A three-time First Team All-West Coast Conference selection, Robles was named the 2006 WCC Defensive Player of the Year.

Robles has enjoyed a decorated career with the New York Red Bulls, which included being named the MLS Goalkeeper of the Year in 2015. The Red Bulls are in town to face the Portland Timbers Friday night at 7PM at Providence Park.
