Six University of Portland women’s soccer players were named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District 8 Team, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced on Friday. Danielle Foxhoven and Jessica Tsao were first team selections and are now eligible for Academic All-America consideration. Kelsey Davis, Kendra Chandhoke, Michelle Enyeart and Elli Reed were third team honorees.
The six recipients were the most of any program in District 8, while Portland and Stanford were the only two programs with two first team representatives.
