PORTLAND, Ore. --- The University of Portland Athletics Department held the We Are Portland Awards on Sunday night at the Chiles Center. The We Are Portland awards celebrates and honors the Pilots' 16 athletic programs and their student-athletes for accomplishments during the past year.
 
Each program recognized a Most Inspirational student-athlete, as selected by the coaches, while student-athletes voted for Male and Female Athletes of the Year, Male and Female Rookies of the Year, and Mr. and Ms. Portland.
