CORVALLIS, Ore.---Konnor Hathaway from the Pilots men's track and field team and Laura Pellicoro from the women's team both earned new Top-10 program best finishes in the 800 meter run at the OSU High Performance Meet on Saturday. Hathaway clocked in at 1:51.83 for the ninth-best all-time finish in the race, while Pellicoro came in at 2:05.06 to register the second-best time in UP history in the event.

"Amazing race for Laura today in the 800!" said women's head coach Ian Solof. "A two second PR and #2 in UP history!"

Parker Wilkerson (1:52.79), Jake Knoblich (1:55.42), Sully Nordheim (1:56.56), and James Parker (1:57.93) each collected new personal bests in the men's 800 meter run.

"The guys had a great day!" said men's head coach Rob Conner. "They have been working hard and it showed!"

On the women's side, sprinters Ella Parker (59.37), Audrey Lewis (59.62), and Samantha Walsh (1:01.10) each ended the weekend with new PRs in the women's 400 meter dash.

Both Portland teams will be competing in two meets next weekend, with the UO Twilight taking place on Friday, May 7, and the Portland Twilight occurring on Saturday, May 8.
