PORTLAND, Ore---The Pilots men's and women's track and field teams are set for another round of in-state competition this weekend, racing at the Oregon Twilight Meet at Hayward Field in Eugene on Friday night before the annual Portland Twilight takes place on Saturday at the campus of Lewis & Clark.
 
Live results and live video (with Runnerspace +PLUS subscription) will be available for both meets on PortlandPilots.com.
 
Up first on Friday at the Oregon Twilight will be Parker Wilkerson, Konnor Hathaway, and Jake Knoblich representing the Pilots in the men's 800 meter run, beginning at 6:45 p.m. Tara Fuiten will open for the Portland women shortly after in the 400m dash at 7:30 p.m.
 
Then at the Portland Twilight Meet on Saturday, Caitlin Kirk, Payton Kirtley, Maya-Murphy-Cook, and Ella Parker will kick off the day in the women's 100 meter dash, with a start time of 5:00 p.m.
 
Last weekend at the OSU High Performance Meet in Corvallis, six Portland runners garnered new Top-10 all-time program best finishes in their respective events. For the men, Cathal Doyle collected the seventh-best program finish in the 1500m, Caleb Webb landed in fourth-place all-time in the 5000m, and Konnor Hathaway claimed ninth all-time in the 800m.
 
On the women's side, Veerle Bakker remains in second-place all-time in the 3000m steeplechase after earning a new PR of 10:15.64, Anna Pataki recorded the fifth-best time in program history in the 5000m, and Laura Pellicoro registered the second-best time in UP history in the 800m run at an impressive 2:05.06.
 
Following the completion of this weekend, the both Portland programs will next partake in another local meet at Lewis & Clark on Sunday, May 16.
