THIS WEEK
• Portland will compete at the Boise State Classic from Apr. 11-13. The Pilots will play a total of five duals over the course of the three-day weekend, beginning first with a contest against Saint Mary's on Friday at 8 a.m. PST.
• This event will feature a look at six teams: Arizona, Cal State Bakersfield, Colorado Mesa, Boise State and Saint Mary's.
• Portland will play Saint Mary's and Colorado Mesa on April 11, CSU Bakersfield on April 12, and Boise State and Arizona on April 13, all at the Boise State Beach Volleyball Complex in Boise, Idaho.
• Both live video and live stats will be available on PortlandPilots.com.
 
LAST WEEK
The Portland Pilots wrapped up a two-match day in Eugene with a split, falling to Oregon 0-5 before bouncing back with a 4-1 victory over Bushnell. With the result, Portland moved to 4-8 overall on the season.
 
ABOUT THE PILOTS
• Dylan Hamilton steps into his second year as the lead coach of the beach volleyball program, with Pilot graduate Kili Robins returning to the Bluff to serve as the assistant coach. Joining the program is Callie Weber, volunteer assistant coach.
• The Pilots return eight from last year's roster: Michela Strati, Valerie Bruk, Jordan Bardouche, Elena Bullemer, Taylor Helle, Elin Larsson, Annika Stammberger and Leonie Freytag.
• The beach volleyball program welcomes four new transfers to their roster including Emily Wood, Elizabeth Ortiz, Melissa Cormack and Hannah Debban.
• Valerie Bruk, Elena Bullemer, Elin Larsson and Leonie Freytag are returning from the Pilot's indoor roster.
• Pilots finished 2024 season with a 11-13 record.
