MADISON, Wis. - Portland Pilots Men's Cross Country took 32nd as a team at the Nuttycombe Invite hosted by the Wisconsin Badgers. Three Pilots PR'd in the 8K, including Nolan Turgeon who lead the Portland pack.
Nolan Turgeon placed first for Portland and 92nd overall with a PR of 23:53.5 and Cameron Stein came in second for the Pilots and 138th overall with his time of 24:08.6. Bodie Alderson was right behind Stein finishing third for Portland and 139th overall with his new PR of 24:08.8.
In fourth for Portland was Jude De Vries who placed 163rd overall with an 8K PR of 24:18.8 and Adam Lippe finished fifth for the Pilots and 185th overall with a time of 24:31.5.
Next up, the Pilot Men will run at the Linfield George Oja Invite on Saturday, Oct. 30 at 10 a.m. in Independence, Ore. For more coverage, visit PortlandPilots.com.
