CHENEY, Wash. - Portland Pilots Volleyball took victory over the Nevada Wolf Pack in five sets (20-25, 17-25, 26-24, 25-16, 15-12), Portland goes 2-0 in Eastern Volleyball Tournament with one game remaining.
Maui Robins jumps two spots among Portland's all-time leaders for kills, sitting in fourth with 1,284. Havannah Hoeft reached two career milestones: 500 digs and 50 service aces, and Taina Kaauwai surpassed 300 career blocks.

Robins had a match high of 23 kills, tying her career high from last year and putting her fourth in program history for kills (1,284 kills). This is the most kills in one match by any Pilot this season
How It Happened
SET 1 | Robins had five kills, Kala Chock and Kaauwai had three kills each and Hoeft had a set high of 12 assists. Portland had 12 team digs, with Chock, Hoeft and Hildenbrand tallying three digs each. The Pilots managed to stay close, but Nevada was able to win the set 25-20
SET 2 | Robins recorded another five kills and Hoeft with four digs. Kaauwai put down two block solos and one block assist with Hoeft. Portland lost the set 25-17
SET 3 | Kaauwai had a .714 hitting percentage with five kills and Hoeft had another 12 assists with four digs. Hildenbrand and Chock had a service ace each with Kaauwai and Diehl Palmer putting down two blocks each. Portland managed to return from a six-point deficit and tied the set at 24-24. The Pilots closed out with a five-point run, winning 26-24.
SET 4 | Hoeft and Hildenbrand had two service aces each with Robins and Diehl Palmer spiking four kills each. Woodward-Hart recorded four digs, and Portland had a six-point run early in the set, giving them a seven-point lead at 10-3. The Pilots took the set 25-16.
SET 5 | The Pilots closed out the set at 15-12, taking the match over the Wolf Pack. Robins had another five kills and Woodward-Hart with four of Portland's nine digs. Hoeft and Kaauwai each had a block.
