The Pilots Ticket Office has added two new staff members to assist you in all your ticketing needs. From purchasing additional tickets, to addressing concerns, or to just talk basketball our staff is here for you. Please call us at 503-943-GoUp (4687) to speak with one of our reps today! All season ticket holders can purchase tickets to any home game before the public. Gonzaga is not on the home schedule in 2021-22. Remain or become a season ticket holder to gain access to single game tickets to Gonzaga in 2022-23.
Season Ticket holders can purchase tickets to the WCC Tournament in Las Vegas directly through our office. Please note that we have a set allotment that we can sell, so availability is limited. Access to WCC quantity and location is based on your season ticket location and tenure. Court side and Lower Level season ticket holders can purchase 2x the number of season tickets owned (Starting at 2 season tickets = access to 4 WCC tickets). Upper level and GA bleachers are a 1x1 access to WCC (2 season tickets = access to 2 WCC tickets).
New this season is our Ticket Value Program. This program is designed so that your tickets are never wasted because of not being used. This new benefit works in two ways:
1. Exchange - Trade tickets for a game you cannot attend for additional tickets to a future game. Just give us three business days warning and we will exchange the ticket(s) for you. We will try to get a ticket as close to your current seat as possible, or move your current seat to be with your exchanged tickets. Exchange benefit is not available for Gonzaga or BYU.
2. Donate - Give us your unused tickets, and we will donate them to our community partners. Once again, give us three business days warning and we will donate the tickets on your behalf. Additionally, if you would like to purchase group tickets for our non-profit partners please contact the Pilots Ticket Office.
If you would like cheer on the Pilots on the road, we can usually secure your tickets for you. To order road tickets we would need to hear from you one month in advance. Select games or tournaments will not be available due to ticket limitations put in place by home teams or hosts.
