UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2015-16: All-WCC first team selection after starting all 32 games… finished third in the WCC in scoring during league play (20.6) and averaged 18.3 points overall… finished second in Portland single-season history for points (584) and free throws made (177)… led team in scoring, assists (4.9), steals (49), free throws made and attempted (227), free throw percentage (.780) and minutes played (31.6)…twice earned WCC Player of the Week awards and became the first player in school history with back-to-back 30-point games… he scored a career-high 34 points versus Pepperdine (Dec. 23) and then dropped 31 at San Francisco (Dec. 31)… became the 38th player in school history to score 1,000 points, eclipsing the mark at Saint Mary’s (Jan. 23)… finished season ranked No. 4 all-time at UP in assists (467) and free throws made (405), No. 5 in three-point percentage (.410) and No. 6 in steals (141)… went 15-of-15 from the free throw line against San Francisco (Dec. 31), falling one short of the school record for free throws without a miss in a single game… finished the year with 1197 career points, which ranks 19th all-time.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2014-15: Started all 33 games and was named All-WCC second team… finished third in the WCC in assists (5.7) and three-point percentage (.458), fourth in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.2) and fifth in steals (1.5)… scored a career-high 30 points at BYU, including 15-of-17 from the free throw line… collected career-high six steals in win at San Jose State… drilled two game-winning three-pointers: at San Diego with 0.3 seconds left for a three-point win and then at the buzzer in Portland’s 72-69 win versus Pacific… scored 20 or more points eight times and led the Pilots in scoring nine games… his 187 assists set a new Portland single-season record… fifth-best three-point percentage in UP single-season history.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2013-14: Started the first 27 games of the season before missing the last four due to a leg injury… ranked third in the WCC in assist/turnover ratio (2.2), fourth in assists (4.5), fifth in steals (1.6) and ninth in free throw percentage (.833)… topped all WCC freshmen in assists, assist/turnover ratio, and steals… averaged 5.3 assists per game during WCC play… dished out 10 or more assists in three games… season-high 13 assists with just one turnover against San Francisco marking the most assists by a Pilot against a D-I school in program history and one shy of the school record… season-high of 15 points versus Bradley and San Francisco.
PREVIOUSLY: Rated the No. 3 point guard in the state of North Carolina, according to BasketballElite.com… coached at United Faith Christian Academy by former NBA point guard, Muggsy Bogue… averaged 16.7 points, 6.3 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 3.4 steals as a senior… attended Cannon School as a sophomore and averaged 24 points, 3.2 assists and 2.4 steals per game… began junior year at Cannon and averaged 18.4 points, 3.3 assists, 2.6 steals and 2.4 rebounds before transferring to United Faith Christian Academy in December of 2011… played AAU basketball for the Upward Stars and the Charlotte Royals… attended Sunnyslope High School in Arizona as a freshman and averaged 3.9 points, 2.9 assists and 1.3 rebounds on a team that finished 26-4 overall… Sunnyslope HS is also the home of former Pilot All-WCC point guard, T.J. Campbell.
