UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2012-13: All-WCC Honorable Mention … WCC All-Academic Team for the second straight season … ranked second in the WCC in rebounding (8.7), 12th in scoring (13.0) and 14th in 3-point percentage (.378) … led the Pilots in scoring, rebounding, thee-pointers made (37), steals (30) and minutes played (995) … one of two Pilots to start all 32 games … scored a career-high 15 points against No. 18 UNLV, as well as 19 rebounds and six assists … the 19 boards is the most in one game in Pilots’ history next to only Rick Raivio, who grabbed 20 in one game in 1979 … followed up that performance with a double-double at No. 19 Kentucky with 15 points and 13 rebounds … accumulated eight double-doubles on the season … led the team in scoring 15 times and rebounding 23 times … ranks 15th in school history with 550 career rebounds … with 821 career points, he is on pace to become 34th player in Pilots’ history with 1,000 career points.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2011-12: 2012 WCC All-Academic Team … finished fifth in the WCC in rebounding (7.6), 11th in field goal percentage (.504), and 15th in both scoring (11.5) and free throw percentage (.723) … started all 31 games for the Pilots … led the team in scoring, rebounding and minutes played … recorded six double-doubles and reached double figures scoring in 21 games … led the team in scoring 10 times and rebounding 23 games … career-high of 24 points on 10-of-11 shooting with 11 rebounds in WCC Tournament opening round win over Santa Clara … 19 points and career-best 14 rebounds at BYU.
UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND 2010-11: Appeared in all 25 games as a freshman … averaged 2.7 points per game, but saw his role grow as the season progressed, averaging more than 16 minutes and 5 points per game over the final eight games … shot 81 percent from the free throw line and scored a career-high 12 points at the CollegeInsiders.com Tournament game at Hawaii.
GONZAGA PREP: 2010 Regional Tournament MVP and All-State Tournament First Team honoree ... named First Team All-State and Greater Spokane League MVP as well his senior season ... McDonalds All-America nominee... led Gonzaga Prep to a fourth-place finish at the 2009 Washington 4A State Championships and was named to the state all-tournament second team as a junior … helped the Bullpups to the 2009 GSL championship and was also named to the regional all-tournament first team … two-time All-GSL honoree, he averaged 14.9 points as a junior and 13.9 points as a sophomore … a national Honor Society member for three years, he won the 2009 U.S. Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete Award and various other academic accolades … played with the Friends of Hoop AAU program … current Pilots Luke Sikma and Jared Stohl were also members of the Friends of Hoop program throughout their high school careers.
