UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND:
2012: Cross Country- As a redshirt sophomore, placed 39th overall at the West Coast Conference Invitational with a time of 24:24.37 (7,770 meters). Ran in the Warner Pacific Invitational and finished seventh with a time 25:04.41 (8,000 meters).
2011: Cross Country- Redshirt freshman season. Placed 20th at the Charles Bowles Invitational with a time of 25:07.
PENINSULA HS: Third at the Washington state 3A Cross Country meet 15:28 (5k)... 6th at Washington state 3A track meet in the 1600 & 3200 finishing in (4:19) and (9:14), respectively... School record holder in the 1600 and 3200... Voted MVP for both Cross Country and track in 2009... 2008 and 2009 SPSL 3A Male Athlete of the Year... 3 time First team All-Conference Cross Country... 2009 Cross Country SPSL 3A/WCC Sub District Champion... 2 time First team Cross Country All-District... First team All-State 2009 Cross Country... 2 time SPSL 3A/WCC 3200m Sub-district champion.
