NATIONAL/REGIONAL TEAM: Called into the U.S. U-20 Men’s National Team camp during the winter of 2011 … also called into the national camp in 2004 … was a regional holdover in both 2005 and 2007.
OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM: Oregon ODP development team from 2004 until 2008.
2011: All-WCC First Team … Pre-season All-WCC Team … appeared in 15 matches and made 11 starts after missing the first part of the season due to an injury … tied for the conference high with six goals … led the team with three game-winners and 17 points, while matching the team-high with five assists … landed on three national team’s of the week and was named the WCC Player of the Week (Sept. 26) after scoring three goals, one a game-winner, and adding two assists to help the Pilots post three straight wins and win the Husky Fever Classic; he was also named the tournament’s Offensive MVP … his other two game-winners came at LMU (Nov. 4) and against San Francisco (Nov. 11); also had an assist against the Lions.
2010: Named the WCC Freshman of the Year, becoming the first Pilot to receive that distinction since Michael Gavin in 2004 … also named to the all-conference second team and all-freshman team, while landing on the College Soccer News All-Freshman Third Team … Made 19 appearances and started 18 games … led the team with four assists; was third in both goals (4) and points (12) … team highs of 55 shots and 20 shots on-goal … assisted on both of Portland’s goals during a 2-1 win at No. 24 New Mexico on Sept. 12; was named to the UNM Invitational’s All-Tournament Team following UP’s 1-0-1 performance in Albuquerque … first career goal came during 2-1 win against UC Davis (Sept. 24).
CENTRAL CATHOLIC HS: Four-year letterwinner for coach Steve Anchetta … as a senior, he was named the Mt. Hood Conference Player of the Year and he landed on Oregon’s 6A All-State First Team … was named to the all-state second team as a junior in 2008, while also garnering first-team all-league honors… in 2007, he helped the Rams win the Oregon big school state championship … in 2009, helped the squad win the league title and advance to the state tournament in 2009 … team MVP as both a junior and a senior.
CLUB: During the summer of 2010, his Eastside Club team (Liverpool) became the first club team from Oregon since 1993 (FC Portland) to win a national title … he then capped a perfect season (20-0-0) with the Portland Timbers U-23’s by winning the USL’s Premier Development League championship … played with the Timbers U-23’s again in the summer of 2012 … he’s also claimed state titles with his club team in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2010, while winning the regional title in 2010 ... his clubs also won the Phoenix President Cup twice and the Surf Cup and Nomads Tournament once.
