Biography
2015: WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention … started 13 matches, while making 17 overall appearances … scored two goals, which included first career game-winner … also helped Pilots record five shutouts on the year and limit league opponents to just six goals in nine conference games … first goal came at Washington (Sept. 17), while the game-winner was the only goal during 1-0 win at Saint Mary’s (Oct. 9).
2014: Started 11 matches and made 18 appearances overall at center back … scored first career goal, which came at San Francisco (Oct. 31) … also helped Pilots record five blank sheets on the season.
2013: Made seven appearances and one start at center back … start came in season-opener against #14 Marquette.
CLUB: Played for South Central Crush/Puget Sound Slammers (2006-11), Washington Premier (2011-12) and Slammers FC (2012-13) and was a team captain for six years … her club teams claimed two state championships (2006 & 2008).
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner for the Capital Cougars … was named the All-League MVP twice (2009 & 2011) and was named the league’s most offensive player in 2009 … was also a three-time team MVP, a three-time team offensive MVP and she helped the Cougars finish fifth in the state at the 3A level in 2009 and 2010 … also lettered in basketball, helping lead the Cougars to a fifth-place finish in state (2009-10) … earned honorable mention all-league as a basketball player.
PERSONAL: Born on Oct. 30, 1994 in Olympia, Wash. … parents are Sarah Edenstrom and Grant Edenstrom … major is elementary education.
