Biography
NATIONAL TEAM: Was a member of the U.S. U-18 National Team … previously played for the U-14 National Team, the U-15 National Team and the U-17 National Team.
OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM: Played for the ODP Region IV Team from 2009-12 ... was named to the All-Tournament First Team at the ODP Championships in Phoenix, Ariz., in 2011 and 2012 and at the ODP Interregionals in Florida in 2012 … competed in Costa Rica with Region IV Team in 2010 … also played with the Oregon ODP (2007-12) and was named the Oregon ODP Female Player of the Year and the Portland Timbers Female Player of the Year in 2011.
2015: All-WCC Second Team, which was third straight all-league recognition … WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention … was second on the team with four assists … was one of four Pilots to start all 19 games and she played a role in five shutouts as the Pilots held their conference foes to just six goals in nine WCC games … notched two assists during win at Marquette (Aug. 28) … assisted on game-winner during win vs. UC Irvine (Sept. 11).
2014: All-WCC Honorable Mention for second straight season … NSCAA All-West Region Third Team … WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention … missed a few games due to an injury … started 13 games and made 17 appearances overall … led team in minutes played against WCC foes … finished with two assists, which came vs. Washington (Sept. 28) and Saint Mary’s (Oct. 5) … helped Pilots record five shutouts.
2013: All-WCC Honorable Mention … made 12 starts and 19 appearances at left back … claimed one goal, a game-winner, and three assists … the game-winner came during 2-1 overtime win at Oregon (Aug. 25) … assisted on the game-winner against Central Michigan (Sept. 6) and during the first round of the NCAA Playoffs against Seattle (Nov. 16) … helped Pilots post nine shutouts and register a goals against average of 0.89.
CLUB: Her Vancouver United Club Team won the U.S. Club Silver Division National Championship in 2012 … she scored four goals during the title game … reached state cup final twice … named club’s Female Player of the Year in 2009.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters for the Washougal Panthers before taking her senior year off to concentrate on club soccer … was named to the Washington 2A All-State Team all three years, while also garnering All-Region honors … she was a two-time team MVP, a three-time team offensive MVP and was selected the 2011 Regional Player of the Year.
PERSONAL: Born on March 2, 1995 in Portland, Ore. … parents are Nancy and Jerry Boon … mom Nancy played softball at Linfield … major is biology.
