Biography
2023: Did not play in 2023 due to injury.
2022: All-WCC Second Team... All-West Region First Team... first All-West Region First Team selection since Ellie Boon in 2016... played in 19 matches for the Pilots with 18 starts... led a Pilots back line that recorded 11 shutouts on the season, which was the most since 2010.
2021: Played and started in 16 of a possible 17 games for the Pilots, primarily as a defender... helped the Pilots earn eight shutouts on the season, which was the most for the program since 2018.
2020: Played in eight games for the Pilots (six starts)... appeared in four of the five straight games (three starts) where the Pilots recorded a shutout, the first time Portland has done so since 2010 when they were ranked second in the nation.
2019: Appeared in nine matches and started five … first career start came at Washington (Aug. 23); she played the full 90 minutes against the Huskies and helped the Pilots earn a 0-0 draw … also started and played a key role during a 1-0 shutout vs. New Mexico (Aug. 29) and a 3-0 win at Pacific (Nov. 1).
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Played club for Crossfire Academy, which competed in the ECNL before marking the transition for the U.S. Soccer Development Academy … Crossfire posted an unblemished record of 22-0-2 in 2018, and the club is a two-time national finalist (2017 & 2018) at the national playoffs … Adams took part in Elite Player Development in 2011 and 2012 and participated in National Training at the University of Washington 2011... Earned All-Wesco Conference in 2016 before solely focusing on club... earned one varsity letter in high school.
PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 1, 2000 in Seattle, Wash. … parents are Marin Seguel and Mike Adams … majored biology... pursuing master's certificate in business.
