2015 Wally's Intro VideoThe University of Portland Athletic Department and the UP Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) held the second annual Wally's on Sunday night at the Tiger Woods Center at Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton. The Wally's are an awards banquet honoring student-athletes, teams and athletics staff for their accomplishments.
17 awards were given out, and the majority of the nominees and award winners were voted on by UP's 270 student-athletes. Jamie Hudson, host of the monthly Portside with the Pilots show on Comcast Sportsnet NW, acted as the night's MC, and the student-athletes were the award presenters.
