Tickets
PORTLAND, Ore. – Fans attending University of Portland men's basketball games at the Chiles Center this season can expect a few changes in security protocol, as well as food and beverage services. Beginning with this Saturday's exhibition game against Antelope Valley, please be aware of the following useful tips and information. The Pilot Box Office will send game-specific email notifications in advance to all ticket buyers.
Parking
Parking is free on campus for all athletics events. Weekday games when school is in session, parking is at a premium so fans are encouraged to arrive early. Certain games may have shuttle service to-and-from an overflow parking lot on the Franz Campus on the river.
Security Measures
The same
security measures implemented for the fall sports seasons will be enforced for basketball. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and utilize clear bags to expedite the process. Notable measures include:
- Metal detectors at all entrances. Hand wands will be used as needed.
- Backpacks, duffel bags or bags larger than 12" x 12" x 6" are prohibited.
- Fans are encouraged to utilize clear bags to expedite the process.
- Season ticket holders will receive a complementary Pilot-branded clear bag as a gift.
- Only factory sealed water bottles and empty water bottles are allowed.

New Pre-Game Happy Hour
Formerly Pasta Pre-Game, the Chiles Center upstairs mezzanine will now host a pre-game happy hour from when doors open until tip-off each game. In addition to $1 off regularly priced specialty beers, each game will feature a food special.
Hall of Fame Room Pilot Club
Complementary food and drinks are provided pregame for MVP and Purple Pilot Club members in the Chiles Center Hall of Fame Room, in addition to a Coaches Chalk Talk by a member of the Portland coaching staff. Alcohol Sales
Beer, wine and cider sales will be served out of the upstairs mezzanine concessions and can be taken throughout the facility (outside of the student section). Alcohol sales will be available until the under-12 media timeout of the second half.

Reservations for Youth Fan Experiences opportunities throughout the 2018-19 season are available now.
