UW Invite
• The Portland Pilots men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the UW Invite on January 25 and 26.
• The UW Invite is the second of five meets at the Dempsey Indoor this season.Â
• Quote - Women's Head Coach Ian Solof: "This is an incredibly competitive meet and I'm excited to see what some of our top people can do. Everyone has been training well so we should be way ahead of where we were two weeks ago."
• The meet will be streamed live on FloTrack and you can find live stats on GoHuskies.com

This Season
• Redshirt seniors Lauren LaRocco and Taryn Rawlings opened the Indoor track and field season in December with both Pilots competing in the Indoor 5000m.
• LaRocco (15:33.20) broke the UP 5000m Indoor school record, which she had previously held, by 17 seconds.
• Rawlings jumped into to the all-time records at third all-time.

• Then-redshirt freshman Riley Osen finished eighth among an elite field in the final race of the 3000m steeplechase at Historic Hayward Field, garnering the first All-American (first team) honors of his career.
• Then-junior Taryn Rawlings finished sixth in the women's 1500m final to conclude the final day of the 2018 Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Rawlings crossed the finish line at 4:11.37 to break her UP school record, again, and claim first-team All-American honors with her podium finish.
