CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Portland fell 3-2 on the road against Oregon State at Paul Lorenz Field. The loss dropped Portland's record to 8-1-3 overall, snapping their 11-game unbeaten streak.
How it Happened
- Oregon St. broke the scoreless tie when Clarence Awoudor scored in the 13th minute, assisted by Adrian Molina-Diaz and Mouhameth Thiam.
- The Beavers added another score on a goal from Thiam in the 30th minute, assisted by Awoudor.
- Portland narrowed the gap to 2-1 on Jake Arteaga's 62nd-minute goal, his second of the season. Julian Conze assisted the goal.
- The Beavers went on top 3-1 with an 82nd-minute goal from Ellis Spikner, assisted by Arnau Farnos and Awoudor.
- Muslim Umar put in the final goal to close the gap to 3-2 in the 84th minute, but the Pilots wouldn't score again.
