SPOKANE, Wash. -- The Portland volleyball team rallied after dropping set one to secure a 3-1 win (18-25, 25-23, 25-15, 25-19) against the Gonzaga Bulldogs Saturday on the road at Charlotte Y. Martin Centre. The conference win improved Portland's record to 9-8 overall and 2-4 in WCC action.
The Pilots were led by a double-double from Maui Robins, who registered 11 kills and 17 digs on the day. Jayde Harris also added 25 kills to help the attack. On the defensive end, Noelani Helm chipped in for with 16 digs to go with three blocks from Lucia Busso.

The Portland offense also got a boost from three aces in the stanza. Portland's front row had a solid defensive performance, blocking seven Gonzaga attacks.
SET 3 | Portland took a 2-1 match lead after defeating the Bulldogs in the third set. The Pilots scored first and never trailed in the set to earn a 25-15 victory. Portland ended on a high note, claiming its biggest lead, 10 points, to close out the set. Portland's front row had a standout defensive performance, blocking eight Gonzaga attacks.
SET 4 | Portland earned a match win with a 25-19 fourth-set victory, winning their third straight set. The Pilots grabbed control of the set at 5-4 and held the lead the rest of the way. Portland led by nine points at 16-7 before finishing off the stanza, totaling 18 kills.
