PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Portland volleyball team could not overcome a dynamic Tigers offense Thursday at home falling to Pacific in three sets (18-25, 14-25, 22-25). The loss dropped Portland's record to 8-18 overall and 3-11 in WCC action.
Elin Larsson finished with seven kills on the day to lead the Pilots attack. The Pilots also received a team-high 10 digs from Kili Robins to lead the defensive.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Pilots found themselves in an early hole, dropping a tough first set 25-18. Portland trailed by as many as eight points as Pacific never gave up the lead in a set that was notted up two times before the Tigers took control.
SET 2 | Portland lost set two 25-14, digging a 2-0 hole in the match. The Pilots fell behind on the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before dropping the set.
SET 3 | Pacific finished the sweep with a third-set victory. The Pilots fell in a back-and-forth battle, losing 25-22 in a set that featured three lead changes and was tied eight times. Neither team had a lead of more than four points along the way.
