THIS WEEKEND: STANFORD INVITATIONAL/PACIFIC OPEN
• The Pilots will take on two meets this weekend, Mar. 31- Apr. 1.
• The Stanford Invitational will be a two day meet, starting Mar. 31st, while the Pacific Open will take place entirely on Apr. 1.
• Tickets are available online for the Stanford Invitational and in-person for the Pacific Open.

LAST MEET: L&C SPRING BREAK OPEN
• Teresa Perez ran the sixth fastest 800 meter mark in school history with a PR of 2:09.61.
• Moe Ombougno cracked the 50-second barrier in the men's 400 meter, running 49.27 - good for No. 7 All-time.
• Ahmed Sado (3:49.85), Evan DeLaCruz (4:03.53) and Jack Klines (4:16.09) all secured wins in their heats of the 1500 Meter Race.
• Yutaka Roberts (1:51.47) and Konnor Hathaway (1:52.10) went 1-2 in the men's 800 meter race.
• Ella Parker ran the fastest time of the day (12.86) to win the Women's 100 Meter Dash.
2023 LOOK AHEAD
• The Pilots will travel to Palo Alto, Calif. for the Stanford Invitational on Mar. 31-Apr. 1st.
• The Pilots will then get ready for the Bryan Clay Invitational and the Mt. Sac Invitational in Azusa, Calif. and Walnut, Calif., respectively. Both meets will take place between Apr. 13-15th.
• Oregon State University will host the OSU High Performance meet in Corvallis, Ore. on Apr. 28-29th.
• The Pilots will return to Eugene on May 5th for the UO Twilight meet.
• Lewis and Clark College will host the Portland Twilight meet on May 6th.
• The Pilots will take on the L&C Last Chance meet hosted by Lewis and Clark College on May 13th to gear up for the NCAA West Regional Championships.
• The NCAA West Regional Championships will take place between May 24- 27th in Sacramento, Calif.
• The NCAA Championships will be held in Austin, Texas between June 7-10th.
LAST SEASON
• The Pilots competed in fifteen different meets during the 2022 outdoor track season. The Pilots showcased a strong group of returners and newcomers, making it one of the best seasons to date.
• Personal bests, school records and all-time marks were written throughout the season in multiple events.
• In the women's 1500 meter, Laura Pellicoro ran the second fastest mark in school history in a time of 4:15.30. Veerle Baker ran the fifth fastest mark (4:21.58) and Emma Jenkins ran the ninth fastest mark (4:24.23).
• Laura Pellicoro broke the women's 800 meter school record in a time of 2:03.17. She also qualified for nationals in the same event.
• Veerle Bakker moved to No. 3 All-Time in the women's 5,000 meter event with a time of 15:54.19.
• Bakker also set the women's 3,000 meter steeplechase school record with a mark of 10:01.04.
• Emma Jenkins ran 34:15.67 in her debut 10,000 meter event, good for No. 8 all time.
• In the women's 3000 meter event, Veerle Bakker broke the school re- cord with a time of 9:11.90, while Laura Pellicoro recorded the #9 mark all-time with 9:24.54.
• Ella Parker also ran the fifth fastest 200 meter dash in school history with a time of 25.40.
• In the men's 1500 meter, Cathal Doyle set the school record with a time of 3:38.05. Matt Strangio recorded the No. 2 mark in school history with a time of 3:39.11. George Duggan and Chris Morzenti set the No. 6 and No. 8 marks in school history, running 3:41.86 and 3:42.91, respectively.
• Cathal Doyle qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 1500 meter, ultimately finishing 19th overall.
• In the 800 meter, Cathal Doyle continued his excellent season, running the fourth fastest mark in school history of 1:49.58.
• The men's 5,000 meter was also rewritten significantly as Cathal Doyle ran the second fastest mark in school history with a 13:38.01. Jacob Klemz also ran the fifth fastest mark in school history with a 13:46.12.
• Riley Osen broke the school record in the men's 3,000 meter steeplechase running 8:35.28.
• Finally, the men's 10,000 meter saw Jacob Klemz run the sixth fastest mark in school history with a time of 28:39.80.
• Bradley Peloquin also ran the fastest debut 10,000 meter race in Pilot history with 29:02.56.
