PORTLAND, ORE. --Â The Portland volleyball team fell to the San Diego Toreros 3-0 (18-25, 15-24, 15-24) Saturday at home at Chiles Center. The loss dropped Portland's record to 6-9 overall and 1-2 in WCC play.
Elin Larsson finished with eight kills on the day to lead the Pilots attack while finishing with a hitting percentage of .263. The Pilots got six digs from Kili Robins to lead them defensively.

How It Happened
SET 1 | The Pilots fell behind early, dropping a tough first set 25-18. Portland trailed by as many as seven points as San Diego grabbed the advantage for good at 12-11 in a set that was tied up five times before the Toreros took control.
SET 2 | Portland then lost the second set 24-15 to fall behind in the match two sets to none. The Pilots dropped the first point and never clawed back into the lead before dropping the set.
