PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Portland Pilots got a pair of goals from Hailey Still in a 4-0 shutout win over the Sacramento State Hornets Thursday at home. The win improved Portland's record to 3-2-1 overall.
How it Happened
Portland opened the scoring when Brooke Miller notched her first goal of the season in the eighth minute, assisted by Cally Togiai. Togiai played a stellar ball through to Miller, who swiftly shot it for the score.
The Pilots took a 2-0 lead on a goal from Still -- her fourth goal of the season -- in the 20th minute. Still dispossesed Sac State and battled through the defense, sending the ball into the net.
Portland made it a 3-0 lead on Togiai's 55th-minute goal, her third of the season. Aliyah Dockter assisted the goal, sending it from the top of the box to the left side for Togiai, who finished it off for the score.
The Pilots made it a 4-0 lead with a 68th-minute goal from Still, her fifth goal of the season. Katana Norman assisted the goal, playing it to Still at the top of the 18-yard box. The goal closed the scoring in the match.

- Still is now at five goals on the year, which is the most through the first six games for a Pilot since Hannah Griffiths Boston in 2016.
- The Pilots' 14 goals through six games is the most they've had since 2016.
- Three different Pilots scored on the day: Still, Cally Togiai and Brooke Miller
- This is the third shutout of the year for the Pilots.
- Bre Norris has recorded 32 shutouts for her career, good for fourth all-time.
