LAST MEET
- The Portland Pilots delivered impressive performances at Portland Indoor 1, setting seven new personal bests across multiple events.
- Portland Indoor 1 kicked off with the Men's Half-Time Mile on Saturday, Jan. 25. A new addition to the Pilot roster, graduate student Aaron Rovnak led the way with a victory, crossing the finish line at 4:13.56 for a first-place finish.
- Freshman Aria Cain continued her strong debut season with a near win in the women's 200m, finishing second overall with a time of 26.14 — just 0.003 seconds behind the winner from Puget Sound.
- In the men's 200m, Moe Ombougno ran a season-best 24.05 to secure sixth place.
- Freshmen Madi Callo and Josie Blackwell also had standout performances, achieving PRs in the women's 600m. Callo finished seventh with a time of 1:45.59, while Blackwell took eighth in 1:48.65.
- The men's 600m featured strong performances from Yutaka Roberts, who clocked a season-best 1:20.30 for second place.
- Ava Borsheim earned a second-place finish in the women's 1000m, crossing the line in 3:09.99, while Kate Kabenina took third in the women's mile with a time of 5:24.98.
- The women's 4x400m relay team closed out the day with a win, as Isabella Dreiling, Lola Richardson, Jillian Bremont, and Aria Cain posted a time of 4:12.01 for the top spot.
