PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland women's tennis earned a 4-0 sweep of the Pacific Tigers Thursday in West Coast Conference action at the Louisiana-Pacific Tennis Center.

The Pilots (7-8, 2-3 WCC) earned the doubles point to take an early 1-0 lead. Pacific won at No. 3 doubles, but Portland bounced back to take the other two doubles matches. Alaia Rubio Perez and Maria Galatescu were 6-3 winners over Milena Maiorova and Indiya McLeod at No. 1 and then Dariya Radulova and Lexie Flores clinched with a 6-3 victory against Leyanne Hirota and Cindy Ung at the No. 2 spot.

Portland took a 2-0 when Radulova cruised to a 6-3, 6-1 win against Indiya McLeod at No. 2 singles. The next two singles matches both went to three sets with the Pilots pulling out both to secure the victory.

Rubio Perez came back at No. 1 singles to knock off Milena Maiorova 5-7, 7-5, 6-0 and then Nadine Arbaizar Martinez provided the clinching point with a 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 victory against Rayna Sugai at No. 3 singles.
