MCMINNVILLE, Ore. - Portland Pilots Women's Cross Country opened the 2026 season with a third-place team finish at the Linfield Harrier Classic. Licia Ferrari lead the team with a 13th place overall finish.
Oregon State took first with a perfect score of 15 points, the College of Idaho took second with 59 points and Portland placed third with 75 points. The Pilots were followed by Southwestern Oregon Community College at 143 points.
Licia Ferrari lead the Pilots with a 4K PR of 14:18.2 to finish 13th. Behind Ferrari was Clare Herring in 15th place with a PR of 14:23.9 and Giana Atkinson finished third for the Pilots in 20th place overall with a PR of 14:36.4. 10 out of the 11 racers for Portland PR'd at the Linfield Harrier Classic.
