PORTLAND, Ore. --- The University of Portland Athletic Department is inducting Yari Allnutt (Men’s Soccer), Todd Davis (Cross Country/Track & Field), Michelle French (Women’s Soccer), Kristin Hepton (Women’s Basketball), John Laplante (Men’s Tennis Coach) and the 1985 women’s cross country NAIA Championship team into its Athletic Hall of Fame. The six inductees will be honored as part of Alumni Reunion Weekend at a banquet on Thursday, June 24, in the New Commons on the University of Portland campus.

The University of Portland Athletic Hall of Fame was instituted in 1991 and currently consists of 84 inductees. The last induction ceremony came in 2005.
