Bailey finished 9-for-11 from the field, added three assists and zero turnovers in just 22 minutes of action.
All 14 players on the Portland roster saw court time and no player played more than 24 minutes as the Pilots (1-0) built a 31-point lead over the Cavaliers (5-1) early in the second half and cruised down the stretch.
Bailey scored 12 straight points for the Pilots late in the first half to push the lead to 39-30 at the half.
Portland continued to push the margin wider early in the second period as junior guard Bryce Pressley buried a pair of threes and Bailey three down a baseline dunk. Sophomore point guard Alec Wintering capped a 12-0 run with a jumper to give the Pilots its largest lead of the night at 51-20.
Senior forward Volodymyr Gerun made his first career start and was efficient with nine points, nine rebounds and four assists in 14 minutes. He was 4-of-5 from the field, added two steals and a blocked shot.
Junior guard Bryce Pressley filled up the stat sheet once again with eight points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals.
Thirteen different Pilots scored on the night and the large lead allowed head coach Eric Reveno to give extended minutes to his bench, including all five newcomers.
Freshman forward Gabe Taylor (Portland, Ore.) played 19 points and finished with six points and eight rebounds. Freshman guard D'Marques Tyson (Bothell, Wash.) scored seven points in nine minutes, including his first career three-pointer. Freshman guard Jason Todd (Mill Creek, Wash.) made 3-of-4 free throws in his six minutes. Freshman center Philipp Hartwich (Cologne, Germany) scored four points and grabbed five rebounds in 11 minutes, and junior transfer Max Livingston (Lake Oswego, Ore.) made a pair of free throws in his 12 minutes.
Portland shot 51 percent from the field, made 4-of-16 three-pointers and 17-of-29 free throws. Concordia was held to 31 percent overall, 5-of-18 from beyond the arc, and 18-of-29 at the charity stripe. A total of 46 fouls were called in the game as both teams were in the double bonus early in the second half.
Kory Kirwan was the lone Cavalier to score in in double figures and finished with 10 points.
Portland will make a quick trip south to face the San Jose State Spartans on Sunday with a 1 p.m. tip-off. The game will be aired live on Sports 910 AM (KMTT) with pregame coverage beginning at 12:30 p.m. The Pilots will return to the Chiles Center to host SIU-Edwardsville on Saturday, Nov. 22 at 7 p.m.
