SAN BRUNO, CALIF - The West Coast Conference announced the 2018 WCC Volleyball All-Academic Team Tuesday morning, with four Pilots receiving honors.

Senior Lauren Naatz received her third consecutive All-Academic team honors, while junior Cali Thompson's earned her second spot in a row on the All-Academic team. Naatz has had her best season on The Bluff, notching career highs in digs and service aces with 211 and 28, respectively. Thompson has continued to climb the all-time records in assists; appearing in every set this season, her 1,190 assists this season has her 4
th all-time in program history with 3,522.

Senior Reghan Pukis earned her second straight All-Academic Honorable Mention honors. Pukis earned MVP honors at the North Portland Marriott Invite and Outrigger Volleyball Challenge to spark the Pilots 12-0 start to the season, and in program history she currently ranks eighth in kills per set (3.15), 13
th in kills (989) and 14
th in hitting percentage (.215).

This is sophomore Liz Reich's first All-Academic Honorable Mention honors as a Pilot. Reich played in every set in 2018, and was second on the team in total blocks (89) and fifth in kills (190).

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to her team.
