Final Standings
VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Portland women's rowing team placed fourth at the 2021 West Coast Conference Championships hosted Saturday morning at Vancouver Lake.
Portland's first race of the day was the First Varsity 4 where the team finished with a time of 8:17.19 for fifth place.
The Pilots' Second Varsity 8 posted a time of 6:58.68 to place third in the race, while the First Varsity 8 crossed the finish line in 6:58.80 to take fifth place.
Gonzaga took the team title with 40 total points, followed by San Diego (38), Creighton (28), Portland (26) and Saint Mary's (18).
Portland had two rowers named to the All-WCC Team. Brooklin Gomez and Avery Romano represented the Pilots with all-league honors.
